Mario Batali wants to Cook with Charlie Sheen

Chef Mario Batali                         Charlie Sheen
Mario Batali tweets to Charlie Sheen that he wants to partner up for a cooking demo? Who’s the crazy one now?

“@charliesheen Hey charlie what do you think about doing a cooking demo together to raise money for our brethren in japan? Your fan Mario b”

Mario, have you been online, other than visiting your twitter page, in the past day? Have you at least watched Charlie Sheen’s cooking show? He’s either high or half gone. And while Sheen’s rise in Twitter popularity makes Ashton Kutcher look like a leper, it’s only because it’s rare to see a celebrity completely lose their marbles so publicly – Sheen’s Twitter stream is like a front-row seat at a Rolling stones concert – it’s hard to pass up a show like that.

But he’s not someone you publicly associate yourself with. Associating yourself with Charlie Sheen, a known drug user and alleged wife-beater, is bad business, dude. You just dropped 10 notches on the “cool” scale.

Charlie Sheen's Cooking Show: Winning Recipes or Guy on Crack?

Charlie Sheen's Winning Recipes
Have you seen Charlie Sheen's new cooking show? Just when we thought Charlie Sheen had reached the limits of mental delirium, he slaps us with another doozy. The newly unemployed Sheen has decided to take his shot in the cooking world (God help us), by launching a cooking video entitled: Charlie Sheen’s Winning Recipes

We finally see how "cooked" Charlie Sheen really is. After his storm of angry psychotic rants to the media over his former TV show, Two and a Half Men (Sheen was recently fired), he took his tirade to Twitter, where he gained more than 1 million followers in 24 hours in order to continue ranting nonsense while all of us watch in pitty and amazement.

I know that the Charlie Sheen’s Winning Recipes video is supposed to be funny, but instead it makes me wonder:

After this guy realizes how fucked up he is and actually decides to get help, how is he going to feel about his displays of crazy that will eternally circulate throughout the media and follow him and his children for the rest of their lives? How will he feel about his kids being exposed to all of his hysterical behavior?

But more importantly, how do I feel about someone this crazy mocking the culinary arts? To be honest, I could care less. Crazy is as crazy does. How could anyone take this guy seriously?
